The bedroom with the old stable door, family room with wood-burning stove, kitchen and toilet and bath with underfloor heating form the framework for a different and lovely holiday home. Idyllic former farmhouse in Danish countryside

The house is a traditonal Danish countryside house, 20 km from Roskilde. Here you can enjoy the Danish “hygge”, with peace and nature that you’ll find nowhere else. Relax on the terrasse in the garden, walk in the woods or to Gershøj beach. Go biking on the “fjordsti” which follows Roskilde and Ise fjord, just 1.5 km from the house. Bikes can be borrowed here for free. In winter, you can make a fire. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request and against fees.

It is a perfect base for exploring North Zealand and Copenhagen is only a 60-minute cardrive away. This house is perfect for a laid back vacation or just for an extended weekend. All year round. Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim.
