Stay in the old village schoolhouse

Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and its thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can go directly to the Palatinate Forest by mountain bike or on foot. The nearest climbing rock is also a 20-minute walk. In the village there is a small restaurant with a village shop and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

Beautifully located, approx. 100 m², newly renovated in 2021, very well equipped and lovingly furnished apartment in an old building on the ground floor of a detached three-family house in the heart of Landau. Quietly located in the Fliegerviertel despite its direct proximity to the city center (10-minute walk) as well as to the Landau Zoo (5-minute walk) and the park of the former Landau fortress complex (Fort/Luitpoldpark, 1-minute walk). The Palatinate vineyards are also within minutes walking distance.

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Our vacation home "Alte Goldschmiede" in Klingenmünster in the South Palatinate is a design-oriented, lovingly furnished house with a total of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, study, living room, dining room and high-quality kitchen. Our house is located in the beautiful southern Palatinate – due to the often sunny weather also called Tuscany Germany. The border with France is only ten minutes that way. The beautiful French Wissembourg can be reached in fifteen minutes.

Whether hiking in the Palatinate, a few days of wellness or the tranquility of nature right outside the front door - a lot can be combined in this accommodation. The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.
