Welcome to my lovely, super connected, bright 1 bedroom apartment with a large, private terrace! The apartment is directly connected to the City Center (16 min) and the main railway station (9 min). From railway station and City Center there is direct access to the airport (16 min with CAT). Directly connection to Belvedere, Hauptbahnhof, Wien Mitte, Rennweg, Prater this apartment is also just a stone's throw away from one of Vienna's most visited tourist attraction, the famous Schönbrunn.

With the Bus 58B takes you directly to Schönbrunn Palace, Hietzinger Tor entrance, Palmenhaus, Rosengarten and Tiergarten Schönbrunn and U4 Hitzig in 14 minutes. From the rapid transit train station Atzgersdorf, take the S-Bahn to Belvedere/Quartier Belvedere and to the main train station - continue with U1 to Stephansplatz.

Very quiet place well situated 6 Min. walk from U4 Metro station SCHÖNBRUNN. Take the Metro from there and reach the heart of Vienna on Karlsplatz for only 8 Min. ride. The flat provides many amenities, such as full equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron, as well as free Wi-Fi and TV. You will feel comfortable and happy there!

Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.
