A gem in the Kehdinger Moor - personally decorated with love, in a brand new but old-style country house on 8,000 sqm property. Ten minutes by car to the Elbe beach, a quarter of an hour to the idyllic Stade, a good hour to Hamburg - with separate access, private balcony and seating in the garden. Most of the furniture comes from antique or junk, yet the apartment and kitchen are state-of-the-art equipped (smart TV, Wi-Fi, induction stove, dishwasher, etc.).

The 60 sqm apartment is located in the attic of a detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac location in the outskirts of Hamburg. I live on the ground floor. A supermarket is a 10-minute walk away, and the nearest bus stop is 3 minutes away. By bus and train or by car, you can reach Hamburg in about 40 minutes. The apartment offers 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom, a kitchen-living room and a spacious hallway. Stable fiber optic network is available.

Welcome to Altes Land, Germany's largest fruit growing area with its numerous orchards. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple orchards or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes). Our newly renovated cottage with 2 bedrooms and a total of 5 sleeping options offers you everything for a relaxing vacation. The cozy terrace with its own apple tree invites you to spend long evenings outdoors. A playground can be reached within a minute's walk for younger guests.

Our apartment is located in the beautiful Alten Land, near the Lühe pier (about 15min walk over the dike). Stade, Finkenwerder, Buxtehude and Hamburg (45min.) are easily accessible by car. But also as a day trip by bike to explore well. You will love my accommodation because of the scenic location, the proximity to the water and the city of Hamburg. The 50 m² cottage consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom with large shower. We have sleeping places sleeps max 5 pers. + Baby. In one bedroom there is 1 double bed (1.8m wide) and in the other 1 bunk bed (1.2m wide) for 2 pers. and 1 single bed (90 cm wide). One bedroom with toys. Both have shutters. All windows have fly screens. In the garden is a trampoline, a barbecue and various seating.
