The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The house contains on the ground floor; entrance, cozy living room, dining room and kitchen with dishwasher, utility room with washing machine and bathroom with shower. The house has a private courtyard with garden furniture and outdoor kitchen. The guest house is completely separate from the main house and is not connected to the other residents.

The garden is nicely enclosed and with a cozy, secluded sun terrace on the west side of the house. From the living room, there is a panoramic view of the water. Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 meters to the beach and right next to hiking and biking trails.
