Zum Zentrum nach Ellwangen sind es ca. 2,5 Kilometer, fußläufig in etwa 25 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Supermarkt mit Bäckerei sind ca. 1200 Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt. Die Landesgartenschau 2026 ist zu Fuß in ca. 800 Metern zu erreichen. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es ein Premium Boxspringbett mit 180x200cm.

The Art Nouveau Villa Sana, built in 1890, is surrounded by a park-like property with lots of greenery and tall trees. On the second floor are the 4 guest rooms with a shared, spacious bathroom with bathtub, ideal for a large family, for example. If necessary, another shower room on the 1st floor can be used, as can the large kitchen on the ground floor. The spacious property offers countless opportunities for barbecuing, playing and enjoying, as well as parking spaces with good access.

You will stay directly on the Danube Cycle Trail in the beautiful beer culture town of Ehingen on the edge of the Swabian Alps biosphere area. The apartment is located in a lovingly restored half-timbered house from around 1500 at the entrance to the city center, below the church. Close to restaurants, bars, bakery, butcher and supermarket. Bicycles can be parked and charged. The apartment is located above the in-house upholstery shop. Welcome!

To Ulm and the science city, you can drive by car without traffic in 15 minutes, to Legoland also 15 minutes. The large covered terrace to the southwest allows a panoramic view over the Swabian Alps. Aalen, Schwäbisch Gmünd and Oberkochen can be reached in a maximum of 30 minutes by car. There is a bus connection to Aalen directly across the street.

The shopping is within walking distance in 7 minutes as well as various restaurants and in summer also an ice cream parlor.
