When you leave the apartment, you can see the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant living and quality of life. Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The historic walls from the beginning of 1900 breathe history from all corners and angles. The unusual architecture overwhelms you as soon as you enter. The room on the 2nd floor is separate from our private apartment on the 2nd floor and has its own separate bathroom that is used exclusively by you.

Idyllically located under old trees in a small mountain village with beautiful sun terrace and a heavenly panoramic view of nature. On cooler days, in addition to the central heating, the well-dried wood in the fireplace brings cozy warmth and a crackling atmosphere into the spacious living/dining room. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to try it out; spices on site. Good Wi-Fi reception, also on the terrace. Parking is right in front of the house. Dogs are welcome.

Quiet, small cottage in the Puderbacher Land with beautiful excursion destinations. It consists of a living-dining room with oven, a small kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a small bathroom with shower and window, and a reading room. This includes a small terrace with marquise and a 500 sqm garden. It's not completely fenced! Adjacent is a large nature reserve, which adjoins the forest. It is located in a small village, the forest is 150 meters away.

Walnut cottage on the Listerhof

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
