These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. Private and nice Swedish cottage – modern and close to nature

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located close to nature but also centrally in Söråker. It is a newly built cottage with high standards. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that is 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you will have completely to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

This unique accommodation lets you sleep up among the birds. Enjoy the view from a tree house 6 metres up in a pine tree. Its 8-sided shape makes the house feel spacious. About half the area is a large bed with room for two adults and 2 children. Electricity is withdrawn, a small element provides heat well into the autumn. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , and AC for sunny days. Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August only booking Sunday-Sunday.

Sjöstugan passar både för dig/er som är på genomresa (7 minuter från E4) eller om du/ni kan stanna några dagar. Bada från brygga eller strand. Fri tillgång till eka, kajak, cyklar och grill (ta med kol). Dubbelsäng, våningssäng och bäddsoffa. Önskas spjälsäng och barnstol? Förbränningstoalett, insynsskyddad duschkabin på altan. Här bor du bara ett stenkast från havet, med tillgång till en liten strand (delas med värden) där du kan starta dagen med ett morgondopp eller njuta av kvällssolen i stillhet. Två roddbåtar (med flytvästar att låna) finns att tillgå. Vill ni även pröva fiskelyckan finns det fiskegrejer att låna. Kolgrill finns på altanen.
