Our house - from the year 2022 - impresses with a beautiful view, large garden and pool with cover. We would recommend the house to a family with up to 4 children. Due to its proximity to the Hannover/Laatzen Exhibition Grounds (about 10 minutes by car), it can of course also be used for event or trade fair visitors. *Current* In short, there are more sleeping places / houses available in the house and around the house. Our idyllic cottage from 1730 is located in the middle of the old village center of Wilkenburg (Hemmingen), surrounded by a nature reserve. A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Hanover main station: 8.5 km, airport: 30 km Trade fair: 5.5 km A small country bakery and a private horse farm are just around the corner.
