Before a co-host or listing owner can lead a service or experience, they’ll need to provide required information—such as years of experience, any education and training, career highlights, and any necessary documentation of required licenses and insurance. This information may be provided by the co-host, the listing owner, or another authorized co-host.
Once they’ve provided this info, they can help you host one of 2 ways:
Along with the listing owner hosts, co-hosts will be able to either accept or decline any booking inquiries.
Co-hosts will also be able to view and respond to guest messages, including inquiries before a guest books, and reservation messages after they book. If guests need to message the host after a service or experience ends, co-hosts can respond to those messages, too.
Co-hosts have access to scheduling, so they’ll be able to view, add, and edit your service or experience calendar. They can also message booked guests from the calendar or from reservations.
