Experience Host

Add co-hosts to your Airbnb Experience

If you could use extra help with running your experience, you can invite a co-host to join you. They can help you manage your calendar and bookings, plus lead guests on experiences.

Getting ready to co-host

Before your co-host gets started, they’ll need to create an Airbnb account and have their ID verified. Learn more about guidelines for hosting experiences.

What co-hosts can do

Every co-host has full access to the experience listing, which means that they will be able to view the calendar, manage dates and times for you, respond to booking inquiries, and message any guest. They'll also appear as a co-host on your listing and can lead an experience once they've provided copies of any relevant licenses, certifications, and insurance.

You’ll both receive a confirmation email when you add a co-host to your experience listing.

Add co-hosts to your experience listing

Add co-hosts on desktop

  1. Click Experiences and then click Edit
  2. Under General settings, click Team
  3. Under Invite team members, click Co-hosts
  4. Enter their email address
  5. Select their permissions, any transport methods your co-host will provide, confirm that they meet our quality standards and then click Send invite

Note: You can remove a co-host from your experience listing whenever you want.
