Das alte Haus liegt in einem kleinen Dorf am Rande des Bergischen Landes, einen Katzensprung vom Westerwald entfernt. Das Haus wurde in den letzten Jahren renoviert, nur die Fassade fehlt noch. Es gibt sechs Zimmer, zwei Bäder, eine große Küche, ein Wohnzimmer auf dem Dachboden und ein großes Grundstück (ca. 2.000 m²). Das Häuschen liegt ruhig am Ortsrand eines 300-Seelendorfes, es gibt keine Durchfahrtsstraße, die vornehmlichen Geräusche sind das gelegentliche Blöken der Schafe des Nachbarn.

Unsere barrierefreie Ferienwohnung wurde 2025/2026 aufwendig saniert und bietet modernen Wohnkomfort. Die regelbare Fußbodenheizung sorgt für ein angenehmes Raumklima. Das Bad verfügt über eine großzügige Regendusche. In der Küche stehen u.a. Kaffeemaschine, Herd und Spülmaschine bereit. Der Wohn-Schlafraum mit Smart-TV und WLAN lädt zum Entspannen ein. Öffentliche Parkplätze befinden sich direkt am Objekt. Wanderwege, Regiobahnhof und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Wissen sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Very nice old building apartment for two to four guests in a historic mill. Perfect for a hiking vacation or relaxation. In a picturesque location, outside the Westerwald town of Hachenburg with its picturesque market square and the open-air museum. Close to Marienstatt Monastery. Located directly on the Westerwaldsteig. Quiet and steeped in history. The first Chancellor of the FRG, Konrad Adenauer, stayed here. A commemorative plaque on the house commemorates his stay.

Enjoy the impressive panoramic views of the highlands of the northern Westerwald and the tranquility of the vacation home and its surroundings. Relax under the old cherry tree in the garden or walk to the edge of the forest in a few minutes and explore a network of paths along rivers, meadows and forests. The vacation home is located on the edge of Kroppacher Switzerland in Brunken, a district of Selbach/Sieg. From the vacation home you can hike or cycle directly.

Hike in the forest or by the lake and enjoy a bike ride with our e-bikes. When it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

Relax in this special and quiet space. In our small mobile home, you have your peace and seclusion. It is located near our farm, the bathroom is on the courtyard grounds (about 80m away). We offer 3 pitches for overnight stays with a motorhome. If there are campers, they will also use the bathroom. Only for guests who love nature and a camping atmosphere! You are welcome to bring your dog and/or horse. The open stable is next door.

Small rustic accommodation in a clay building

We offer a small accommodation in an old half-timbered house in the beautiful Westerwald. The apartment is located on the first floor. We have almost completely renovated it ourselves with attention to detail. By arrangement, the garden with fireplace can be used. We look forward to seeing you. I live here on the farm with my wife, my children and my parents. That's why it's lively here :)
