Ground floor of a 2-storey cozy villa, close to public transport and 10 min walk from the beach. Situated in a beautiful quiet area of Hellerup 6 km from Copenhagen centre. The S-train is 5 min walk away and will take you down town Copenhagen in 10 min. The apartment has a big terrace and a garden for the warm summer days/nights. 3 bedrooms with double beds, a big working space with a sofa that can be used as a single bed. Free parking on the street and a covered parking space in the driveway.

One with a combined kitchen, dining room and bathroom, and one with a combined bedroom and living room. The room has a bed for 2 people and a sofa bed. In addition, there is a small toilet at the entrance.
