My House | Cottage Hideaway

Our lovely garden cottage is hidden in the beautiful farm community of Jamestown, surrounded by mountains and just outside of Stellenbosch. The area is economically and racially mixed with old locals, creatives and even famous Stellenbosch restaurateur calling it home. It's a gem of a place and we love staying here! Our cottage is private, spacious and well kitted with power back up for the Wifi & lights. Only 5mins away from the nearby mall, restaurants, wine estates, markets and Techno Park.

Lovely 180m2 Villa set in the middle of a vineyard, is elegantly decorated with 2 bedrooms with full bathrooms en-suite. We have an automatic 60kva generator and water supply. The Villa is fully equipped SMEG appliances in the kitchen and laundry, 3 TV’s, Netflix, Apple TV, sound system, Nespresso facilities, air-conditioning etc. The rooms lead onto their own private gardens with sun loungers and private pool. It is quite impossible to describe how special this place is. You can spend days here just watching the bay change, spot a whale or the dolphins&breathe in the view Cozy and warm in winter&airy in summer its the perfect hide away all year round. Behind you is just the mountain with fantastic walking trails but the centre with all its attractions is also only 30 min away. Please note that you need to climb 180 stairs & read full description before booking to make sure this house is for you!

Mountain & Sea Cottage

A neat comfortable flat in a peaceful neighbourhood, a 500m walk away from the Onrus to Sandbaai coastal path. Great locations for swimming, surfing, diving or just catching some sun rays. If you like mountain biking or hiking the mountains are also just around the corner. The stoep features a wood fired hot tub and fire pit and looks towards the mountains and a stand of bluegums which attracts a lot of bird life. The flat is on our property but is completely separate with secure parking.

Under milkwoods

This house is built directly above a secluded beach in Gordon's Bay. It has five majestic milkwood trees and an indigenous garden. The sea is often calm and the sandy beach is suitable for children. There are rock pools and cormorants and seals in the bay. The harbour and the village are within walking distance. The house sleeps four people, but only one bedroom is fully enclosed; the rest of the house is open plan. Sam lives upstairs and will be there to welcome you on your arrival.
