Welcome to our historical home! The villa was build as a representative domicile for a pharmacist. Nowadays the spacious house offers space for three flats. The holiday home is situated in its souterrain with a direct access to the garden. The residential area is completely private as well as the kitchen. You can reach the private bathroom through a shared corridor. Inside the residential area there is a king-size bed for sleeping for two and a studio couch, that can be used also by up to two.

Eine große Terasse zur nächtlichen Sternebeobachtung, ein geräumiges Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Küchenzeile und Kinderzimmer, sowie eine Arbeitsecke im Flur. Die Kettwiger Altstadt ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß, der Flughafen Düsseldorf ist 20 Minuten mit dem Auto und Geschäfte des täglichen Gebrauchs sind 2 Minuten entfernt.

The historic premises of the former riding school have been converted into a comfortable apartment (65 square meters) with underfloor heating, balcony and a unique ambience. The green oasis in the "Ruhr area" region is nestled in the "Rumbachtal" nature reserve and surrounded by wonderful hiking trails. The "Neckelhof" operates a small private horse farm and offers the ideal retreat for guests seeking relaxation.

The exclusively furnished apartment offers plenty of space on two floors. The 'Joop' bathroom with walk-in shower and large vanity is equipped with underfloor heating and towel heating. The open kitchenette with fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, etc. is complemented by a natural stone counter for two and a dining table for six people. The bedroom and the fireplace room with balcony are located on the upper floor with the permanently installed air conditioning
