Located directly on the dike, it is only a few meters to the beach and also a bike rental, snacks and cafes are within walking distance in a few minutes. The nearest supermarket is in the neighboring village - everything you need to live can be found in the health resort of Laboe. In Stein, you can relax and enjoy.

You have free access through the staircase, so you can come and go whenever you want. Shopping and restaurant options are within walking distance. Supermarket, bus connection and bakery are a two-minute walk away. Tourist tax (2.50 euros per person per day) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

Welcome to Kiel's most exclusive residential area - Düsternbrook. The flat is located only 700 m from the Kiellinie and the Landtag Schleswig-Holstein. It is ideal for business travellers who are looking for a quiet and tasteful flat. The flat has a modern kitchen and a small core-renovated bathroom (February 2020) and has everything you would find in a good hotel room. Please note that the flat is on the top floor.

It is part of a villa with a beautiful garden and, despite the modern furnishings, still has flair. Not only are shopping facilities quick to reach, but also various beautiful Baltic Sea beaches, such as Heidkate, Laboe or California. The distance to the nearest beach and harbor is only 200 m.
