77 McGrath is a renovated bungalow in Napier South with a modern, contemporary feel and great indoor/outdoor living. Being a kiwi house, we have a good sized deck, great BBQ and outdoor area. Our place is private and fully fenced with large automatic gates, so great for kids. We are big on comfort, good beds, quality bedlinen, and large sofa's made for sinking into after a day at the vineyards. We are one street back from the beach (2min walk) and a 20 min stroll (1.9km) to the centre of town.

There are heaters in all the bedrooms & a lift which can be activated if required. The master bedroom &living areas are upstairs with a full bathroom.
