Spend your vacation in Sønderho - Denmark's Most Beautiful Village in 2011. Beautiful and charming fanøhaus, carefully restored in 2011, with emphasis given to the conservation of the old fanø style with small windows with its distinctive color. The house is bright and beautiful with accommodation for 6 people. The interior is a tasteful mix of old and new. Situated on 2500 m2 of heather-clad area, about 1 km. from Sønderho city center The house has 6 beds, beautiful new kitchen with dishwasher, a large oven and induction. You will find a comfortable spacious terrace, with good shelter from the east and west winds. The property stands in the wild and there is by nature plenty of heather and pine trees. The house is 110 m2, is thatched roofed and is painted in the old style over the small windows in black, white and green - symbolizing sadness, joy and hope. Over the entrance door there's a hatch, a "arkengaf", which was once the entrance to the attic where they kept hay, heather, and others like that stored. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall, a spacious living room with large corner couch, and a dining area with an old long table with a stroke bench and 4 beautiful decorated chairs. Kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and a fridge with small freezer compartment. Bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and a rear entrance with washer and dryer. On the first floor are two bedrooms. One with double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a small toilet. The living room has flat screen TV. The house is equipped with a power-saving and energy efficient heat pump / air conditioner, to heat up the house, it has a fireplace (stove) and electric radiators as well. The heat pump is environmentally friendly and very energy efficient. This means that the house energy cost is very low in cold periods, and makes an ideal holiday home in the winter. The heat pump can be used as air conditioning in the summer time. Large wooden terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue.

Hans and I rent out our lovely renovated cottage on the Wadden Sea. The house is big, spacious and cozy. There is a spa, activity room with table tennis, and large outdoor area. Distance to the Wadden Sea is 1.5 km and about 20 km to Rømø with wide white beaches. There are shopping opportunities in Skærbæk and Højer. There's peace and quiet, but with plenty of opportunities for excursions in the area. The area is part of the Wadden Sea National Park. In the fall you can experience "Black Sun". Possibility of two beds for children.

Rural idyll near forest and beach.

House with sea views in rural idyll with lovely garden. Wake up to the crowing of roosters and watch the cows graze. 20 minutes to Aabenraa/Sønderborg. 30 minutes to Flensburg, Walking, hiking and cycling in beautiful natural surroundings. Golf. Good opportunities for fishing. In January/February 2026, the living room will be slightly changed. The living room will be divided into two rooms. A living room and a bedroom. The workspace will be moved to the bedroom, and a bed will be added.

Charmerende byhus i Ribe

Byhus midt i Ribe med 100 m til Domkirken. Boligen har 2 gode soveværelser, køkken med spiseplads, stor hyggelig stue. Derudover badeværelse på 1. sal og toilet i stueplan. Huset har stor dejlig sydvendt lukket gårdhave, hvor man kan nyde solen hele dagen. Der kan parkeres på gaden tæt på huset to timer gratis mellem 10-18 på hverdage og lørdag mellem 10-14. Ellers er der gratis parkering hele døgnet ca fem minutters gang fra huset

Lean back and relax in this stylish home, which is located on a quiet residential street and which contains both a bathtub and a bio fireplace. There is a large adjoining garden with a large wooden terrace and a short distance to both Ribe and Rømø. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom as well as a large and bright kitchen with living room.

Fogedgaarden

Stay in charming old farm from the 18th century. The farm belonged in its heyday to The King's Horseman and was one of the largest farms in the area, of which the farmhouse and breeding buildings still bear the hallmark. The house is old and the decor has been chosen with respect for history and with a significant part of the family's furniture.
