Apartment located 100 m from Malo-les-Bains beach! It has been fully renovated and will welcome you on 2 levels for pleasant moments by the sea. It is located in a southwest facing courtyard where it will be nice to have a meal. The courtyard is the same as us, we will cross each other there but it has been arranged to have each their own privacy! Guests can park their car nearby and discover the most beautiful houses in Malo just a few meters away!

This new and independent accommodation of 56 m² is located in a quiet area, in the countryside, while being close to Berck/mer and shops (8 to 10 min by car). You can spend a weekend or more with all the necessary amenities: fully equipped kitchen, step-free with direct access to a terrace and an enclosed garden, parking in front of the house, many paths to walk or bike around. Pets are welcome! (Cleaning is provided by me at no extra charge)

Highest speed wifi. 5-10 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, à 15-minute walk from the Champs-Elysées and Place de L'Etoile (Arc de Triomphe). There are many shops and restaurants around. 2 minute walk from a grocery store and a bakery.

The house is in the heart of nature: in the middle of a meadow, close to large trees and a water point. A peaceful, relaxing place. An ideal base for hikes or to more touristy sites.
