It's a little bit of luxury in the heart of the mountains, with adventures right on your doorstep in all directions. Note, the spa is closed Mon and Tue from 5th May to 30th June, and all of Nov.

Hamlet house from 1820 with magnificent views of the lake, mountains and Duingt Castle. Located on the mountainside in one of the last preserved hamlets of Lake Annecy, village house atmosphere with beautiful terrace over the garden and magnificent views. We are pleased to host you in our lovely little house/old masonry shed, completely renovated and refurbished with care in mid-2021. Beautiful south-facing terrace shaded in the afternoon, truly magnificent and unobstructed views towards Mont Blanc, the Aiguilles of Chamonix, "at the foot" of the Bossons glacier opposite. Set back 20 m from the road in a residential area. Transportation is a stone's throw away. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the house. Wi-Fi. No TV.

Charming two-room apartment completely renovated, totally independent, in a detached house with a garden with a south-facing wooden terrace. Our fully renovated chalet is located on the heights of Giettaz under the Aravis range between La Clusaz and Megève. Spacious, it is ideal for families or groups of friends in a quiet environment with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. It has all the comforts, underfloor heating, good bedding and a drinking water source. Many walks can be taken on foot from the chalet and the ski resorts are all close by (10 minutes by car).

The panoramic views of Mont Blanc can be enjoyed right from the comfort of the living room or from the year around hot tub in the front garden.
