This elegant apartment in last stage, offers from its terrace a unique panoramic view of Toulouse with the Garonne below and the Pyrenees chain in the background. Located near the Prairie des Filtres where a bucolic walk along the Garonne takes you to the historic city center in fifteen minutes, it is also close to the Toulouse Stadium, which you can reach on foot via the greenways and the Ramier Island. The tramway at the foot of the building goes directly to the airport.

Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)

new contemporary house view on private lake & SPA

Beautiful house with pool & jacuzzi located north of Toulouse, with big deck made of exotic wood, dominating a private lake. The house is surrounded with wide wooded garden (2500m2) A secured parking lot (100m2) is accessible for the guest. The access is a private road, common with 3 other houses. It is very quiet with no direct view on Neighbors. Fabrice & Sophie will be happy to share with their little paradise. The Jacuzzi is optional please contact us.

Quiet cottage with garden by the Bay

Our townhouse overlooking the Grand Bassin de Castelnaudary is the perfect place to relax. This space has been designed to accommodate up to 6 people. There are two separate bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two single beds. The sofa in the living room is convertible which, once opened, is a real double bed. A private outdoor area at the rear of the house is accessible to enjoy the calm of this historic district of Castelnaudary.

Garden level apartment in very quiet and wooded residence, with double secure parking space. Cozy 50 m2 accommodation consisting of a bedroom with XXL 180 bed (luxury bedding), a living/dining room and an equipped kitchen. You will discover the 5-person spa, surrounded by its beach with shower and outdoor lounge, dining area with plancha, all in its green setting offering you great privacy. Note that the pool is open from 06/20 to 09/20.

The sheepfold of the Domaine de Cluny

The sheepfold is an independent house of 80 m2 that can accommodate up to 4 people. It is next door to the mansion and faces south on a 2ha meadow. An 8 m² terrace allows you to relax and take an outdoor meal, for example. The cottage borders the 2ha estate with bicentennial cedar, vegetable garden, fruit trees and it is very close to the Etang des Oiseaux on one side and by a marked path on the other.
