Relax in the wilderness with views of the mountain peaks (Mont Vallier 2800 m). The village, facing south, is at an altitude of 1000 m. A furnished chalet (15 m2) will welcome you with its simple, noble and clean comfort in a pleasant flowery garden. The bathroom is right in the small cottage next door. Paid massages available. Balacet is a starting point for hikes. It is accessible by car year-round. 15 minutes from Castillon (shops) and 30 minutes from Saint Girons.

Our peaceful house is located in a quiet village a short distance from Mirepoix. Accommodation is on the first floor and comprises of a large open plan living space with kitchen, dining and living room. There are two bedrooms and a modern bathroom . Relax on the small balcony with view of the Pyrenees or in the private garden. The area has so much to offer with it's famous Cathar castles such as Montségur and Montbel lake only a few kilometres away.

It is accessible by mountain road, and is 25 minutes from shops. You will find the cottage an ideal place to rest, or hike. On a GR of countries, you can make beautiful hikes from the cottage. Some areas are common to guests of the gite such as the pool and veranda

La Toulouzen

You are looking for calm in an environment close to tourist sites, you will be seduced by this charming renovated farmhouse typical of the area. It sits in the middle of 3 acres of fields on the edge of a fir forest. Inside, a warm atmosphere awaits you with its brick walls, parquet floors and exposed beams, in winter its wood burning stove for an evening by the fire. In summer, the covered terrace offers you a view of the sunset.
