Nice 47 m2 2-room, cozy at the foot of the metro with secure parking. Cleaning and linen are included (bed linen, bath, kitchen) Views of the Castelet which has recently welcomed its new museum. Ideally located for visiting, working in Toulouse or simply going to see a game at the stadium (15-minute walk to the stadium). Metro and bus at the foot of the apartment. Tram 5 minutes walk All shops, within 50 meters including a supermarket. The apartment accommodates 2 people.

Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)

Beautiful renovated old apartment (120 m2) in duplex, air-conditioned, in beautiful old half-timbered building from the 16th century. Very quiet (between 2 inner courtyards) and very bright (east/west facing) with beautiful volumes. Located in the Carmes district, historic heart of Toulouse, a mixture of history, culture, gastronomy and art. The neighborhood is pedestrianized and secured by a terminal that only allows access to neighborhood residents.

Small 2* rated house with pool

L' Oustalet is ideal for couples, solo and small dogs (-de 5kg) €10/night to be paid on site. Small house of 25 m2, you will have the use of the 2 private terraces, the garden and the unheated pool (May/0ct). The space comes with an air conditioner in the summer. Mosquito nets/bedroom and bathroom. The electric gate, a courtyard/parking and outdoor cameras for security (courtyard and pool). The accommodation is fully disinfected between each stay.

I will do everything to make you feel at home in my apartment: it is bright and very quiet. (Please note: the kitchen is not equipped with a microwave oven).
