Der große Pool und der Jakuzie sind saisonal von Jan-Okt zu nutzen. Die Sauna ist für bis zu 6 Pers ganzjährig nutzbar. Der Barbeque Grill und die 2 Kamine laden zur Gemütlichkeit ein.

Welcome to the Apartment am Seeberg. Our 2-room apartment with terrace is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, a TV, and a Fire TV stick. We have a small miniature pig, and behind our house is a paddock with horses, just like the Seeberg, which is perfect for walks, picnics, and hikes. Seebergen has bus and train connections, a lake for feeding the ducks, and a small playground for children. Shopping facilities are located in the nearest town (3 km). Gotha is 5 km away, and Erfurt is 15 km away.

Von hier aus erreicht man zu Fuß die Innenstadt, alle Wahrzeichen von Erfurt, Kulur, Gastronomie, Einzelhandel und Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Mit dem Auto finden Sie kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten entlang der Parkstraße. Die Straßenbahn (Haltestelle Steigerstraße bzw. Milchinselstraße) ist Fuß in ca. 8 Minuten erreichbar.

The apartment is centrally located in the Dichterviertel, surrounded by beautiful parks, the Flutgraben, many bridges and close to the beautiful Steigerwald. If you want to explore the Old Town, with its many sights, it's only about a 10-minute walk. But you can also take the tram. The stop is practically on your doorstep.

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the city park, the orangery and the center of Gotha. As well as the train station and sights such as the castle, the Natural History Museum is all within minutes walking distance. It has a separate entrance for our guests only. The apartment is located on the first floor in an old storage building of the former horticultural company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the foundation of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above it was rebuilt around 1850 and completely renovated in recent years. All interior walls of the outer shell of the house are worked with clay plaster and thus ensure a pleasant indoor climate.
