Herzlich Willkommen im gemütlichen Bergnest Hausham – einer ganz neu gebauten Ferienwohnung für zwei bis vier Personen zwischen dem Schliersee und dem Tegernsee. Sie befindet sich im Dachgeschoss (2. Stock) unseres Familienhauses, ist über zwei Treppen und eigenem Eingang erreichbar und hat einen wunderschönen sonnigen Westbalkon. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen, hellen Raum (Küche, Essbereich, Doppelbett, Schlafcouch) und einem Badezimmer. Ideal für kleine Familien und Paare.

Für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Skifahrer und Biker ideal. Eigene E-Ladesäule vorhanden. Wir und unsere 2 Katzen wohnen im gleichen Haus im EG und 1. Stock. Gemeinsamer Hauseingang.

Light-filled, bright rooms with large windows impress with their high-quality furnishings. Three bedrooms meet the highest standards of comfortable living. The kitchen is practical and fully equipped. A special feature is the sunny southeast-facing balcony with fantastic mountain views. The sauna in the basement invites you to relax after a day of hiking or skiing.

Our apartment (40 m²) is located in the Miesbach lake district. The apartment is ideal for discovering the numerous lakes, mountains and the nearby ski resorts. The local recreation area Schliersee is only 10 minutes away and Tegernsee 15 minutes. Here you can also be pampered in bad weather in the Vitaltherme/Schliersee and Seesauna/Tegensee. In 50 minutes you are in Munich, in 30 minutes in Rosenheim and Kufstein to enjoy art and culture. But you can also just relax.

Idyllic on the green Riviera

The apartment is located on the quiet, green Miesbacher Riviera, from which it takes only 5 minutes to get to the center and the train station. By car, it is 15 minutes to the highway, Lake Schliersee, Lake Tegernsee and the mountains. Munich is 🚆 45 minutes away by train. There is a fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace, a room with a double bed and a room with a single bed and desk. I look forward to welcoming many guests from all over the world. 🌍

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Mountains and lakes are a few kilometers away. The train station and supermarkets are within walking distance. If you are traveling by car, parking and charging station for electric cars are available. The closed basement apartment is large enough for two to three people, two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom.
