From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. This modern, four-room apartment, approximately 130 m², is situated in a completely quiet location. Light-filled, bright rooms with large windows impress with their high-quality furnishings. A total of three bedrooms, each with a double bed, meet the highest standards of comfortable living. The kitchen is practical and fully equipped. A special feature is the sunny southeast-facing terrace with mountain views. The sauna in the basement invites you to relax after a day of hiking or skiing.

Der See, Bahnhof und Geschäfte sind zu Fuß erreichbar (5-10 min) - Optimal für Familien oder kleine Gruppen - auch ohne Auto. Die exklusive Lodge befindet sich noch im Aufbau. Da noch nicht alles fertig ist (Außenanlagen), könnt ihr zu einem vergünstigten Preis schon mal reinschnuppern.

Ding Dong Yurt Village

Dear people, we have made it, the first yurt village in Bavaria has opened - Stay overnight in a yurt, which are actually three individuals. We just connected them. Thus, you have 100 square meters with a terrace. We have 4 beds in each of the outer yurts, so there is space for 8 people. In the middle yurt is the common room that invites you to chill. You can cook either directly at the covered fireplace or in the wooden hut. Shower and toilet in the construction trailer.

Our apartment (40 m²) is located in the Miesbach lake district. The apartment is ideal for discovering the numerous lakes, mountains and the nearby ski resorts. The local recreation area Schliersee is only 10 minutes away and Tegernsee 15 minutes. Here you can also be pampered in bad weather in the Vitaltherme/Schliersee and Seesauna/Tegensee. In 50 minutes you are in Munich, in 30 minutes in Rosenheim and Kufstein to enjoy art and culture. But you can also just relax.

Idyllic on the green Riviera

The apartment is located on the quiet, green Miesbacher Riviera, from which it takes only 5 minutes to get to the center and the train station. By car, it is 15 minutes to the highway, Lake Schliersee, Lake Tegernsee and the mountains. Munich is 🚆 45 minutes away by train. There is a fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace, a room with a double bed and a room with a single bed and desk. I look forward to welcoming many guests from all over the world. 🌍
