So if you're looking for an old-fashioned rustic atmosphere, you've come to the right place. Pihlaja-aho's cabin is the only place in Finland where you can spend a unique alpaca holiday. The 1.3 ha of natural meadows of the croft are grazed by three nice alpaca boys, whose easy care you are responsible for independently and according to your own schedule.

A peaceful getaway for couples, for remote working or for a creative break. Here, there's no noise from cars or neighbours; instead, you're surrounded by pine trees, a lake, and a rocky shore. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom. The highlight of the evening is the sauna, just 10 metres from the beach. Final cleaning is the responsibility of the guests.

If you're looking for a place to stay in the tranquility of nature by the lake, or your interests are camping/hiking, I recommend our cozy cabin for your stay. There is a good road all the way here. Weekly rental from June to August 2027, Mon-Sun. ☀️

Unique Villa by the Lake

The new, fully equipped villa is situated in a tranquil location on the shore of the clear and pristine Lake Kuolimo. It is the perfect place to escape from everyday life and enjoy nature. The main building is located on top of a hill, and almost every window offers beautiful lake views. Along the shoreline, there is also a separate sauna building. The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

In a modern cottage on the shores of Lake Saimaa, you can spend your holiday in a great setting. The large windows of the cottage overlook Lake Saimaa. The wood-heated sauna has soft steam and a large landscape window. The sauna has a large terrace area for lounging and cooking (barbecue and smoker). Good opportunities for fishing, berry picking, cycling, golf, skiing, etc. The year-round outdoor hot tub, rowboat, 2 SUP boards and 2 kayaks are freely available to tenants.

Rockhouse is hand-built from local wood. The cabin is a warm cabin equipped with amenities on a rock in the middle of nature and forest animals. The terrace overlooks about 4 km from the lake in the direction of the sunset. Separate landscape sauna and glazed atmospheric barbeque hut on the terrace. The cottage is perfect for a couple and very good for a small family. Big deck around the house. Part of the deck glazed. Your own well water is drinkable.

This beautiful lakeside log cabin is located 25 km north of Mikkeli. Built in 2014, it invites you to relax and enjoy the peace and beauty of Finnish nature. The cabin is stylishly decorated with high-quality natural materials and offers a modern open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms with separable double beds (160 × 200 cm), a loft with a king-size bed, a bathroom, sauna, separate toilet, and a terrace. Bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included.
