The Loon's Nest is a unique lakefront bungalow with private beach & backyard bunkhouse in the Wabasis woodlands. Plus, guests get the exclusive use of a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks & dock w/swim platform from May-October (weather permitting). The property spreads across 2 large lots offering expansive views of Lake Wabasis, a sandy beach, and a serenely private backyard in the woods. Plus, an adjacent vernal pond filled with wildlife that serenades guests with the enchanting sounds of nature.

Located near Saugatuck, South Haven & Holland - close to beaches, dunes, wineries, breweries, orchards, pickle ball, playgrounds & skiing in the winter. Kitchen w/everything for cooking, laundry, full bath, 2 bedrooms each w/ queen bed, Wi-Fi, deck, gas fire pit (May-Oct), short walk for groceries & restaurants. Dog friendly. (Remember, dogs must be included as pet guests when you book)

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated waterfront cottage has scenic views and 66' of private shoreline on Lake Wabasis. Swan cottage comes w/18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May-October, weather permitting). There is a front deck, side patio, bonfire pit & gas grill. The cottage is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable. And a one-time pet fee is included in the total cost when booking.

The local owners do all the cleaning, communication, and are personally on call nearby, to avoid the pitfalls associated with absentee landlords. Located in the heart of quintessential small town Lake Odessa, the Beach Cottage is situated right on Jordan Lake. Jordan Lake is 430 acres, and all sports. It is great for swimming, boating, fishing, and just about anything else you like to do on the water.

Lakefront on Morrison Lake with access to the lake right from the backyard. All sports lake with good fishing. The house has a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans. WiFi is available as well. There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.
