Lille Carlsson er 80m2 med lyse rum og udsigt til naturen. Her er hyggeligt og en hjemlig atmosfære. Direkte udgang til have med flere siddepladser samt mulighed til grill. Nærområdet byder på, verdenskunst, kultur og aktiviteter for både voksne og børn. Huset passer perfekt til familier og par/venner som vil bo i hyggeligt i inspirerende omgivelser.

Cosy red cottage in beautiful surroundings

We are renting out our cozy cottage with beautiful surroundings close to the forest. There is garden with a big terrace and a greenhouse to sit inside if it is raining. The forest is a couple of minutes away and is great for walking & running. Skåneleden is also passing close by. There is a creek about 600 m from the house. The area is very quiet and peaceful. There are shops and nice lakes for swimming 10-15 km away in Osby, Vittsjö & Hästveda. The house is situated 30 km north of Hässleholm.

This newly renovated and designed typical Swedish house is located in the middle of a beautiful and calm forrest right next to a big lake. It is the perfect place to enjoy the Swedish summer and spring with longs walks, swimming in the lake, beautiful evenings and fun trips. During the colder months it's great for relaxing by the fireplace, enjoying the snow or cooking in our well equipped kitchen. Enjoy your family vacation, have a romantic couple trip, do home-office or simply relax here.

Welcome to the house our grandfather built! Unwind in this unique home right on the lake with its own island. The surroundings are beautiful, quiet and quiet and the house has all the amenities one might need. In the villa there are 6 single beds (90), a sofa bed (140) and a double bed (160), dining room, sauna, patio, a nice lake and beautiful surrounding nature. A little paradise, perfect for a big party! Note: Pets are (unfortunately) absolutely prohibited!

The village also has good train and bus connection.

The guest house is located outside the small village of Ballingslöv, in the heart of Skåne län and belongs to the village of Hässleholm which is known for its green hiking trails and lakes. On about 7000 square meters adjacent to the river "Almaån," vacation, workation, international networking, team building and much more are possible.

For me, this place was literally "love at first sight" when I was there for the first time in December 2020. Since then, we have been working with friends, family and artisans to create a place where people can recharge and relax. Juicy green meadows, mystical forests with ancient trees, small and larger lakes, my beloved damwil herds, cheeky chickens and plenty of air to breathe .
