Small but nice!

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

You will sleep in a cozy non-smoking apartment in a residential and commercial building in a district of Kamenz. The apartment is extra accessible and lockable from the hallway. You will sleep in a double bed 180 cm wide, with a 55-inch TV, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, dining table with 4 chairs, armchair and kitchenette with sink and fridge. Your toilet, sink, shower, and washing machine are now in the apartment and were newly renovated in 2024.

The quiet apartment is located in an apartment building in a rural area near Dresden. My house includes a small garden with large fruit trees, a barbecue area , granite fountain and a small stream. Shopping and regional public transport can be reached within a few minutes by foot . Within a few minutes' walk, you can relax in the natural surroundings and explore the West Lusatian hills in our extensive network of hiking trails.
