The vineyards are very close, the train station (good connection to Mz, Wi, F, Da, Wo, Ma), shops, the Rhine and the town center with many restaurants and wineries are within walking distance. Covered smoking area and bicycle storage, no pets allowed.

The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen, small bathroom, living room with dining area and a bedroom. It was renovated in early 2024 and completely newly furnished. Pets are allowed by agreement and subsequent confirmation.
