Very high-quality, modern, bright, and welcoming 769-square-foot (70m²) apartment in a new-build on the ground floor/basement. The entrance is via stairs. Consisting of a large living room with a separate sleeping area, 1 separate bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub and natural light, and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and entrance hall. When choosing the furniture and beds, we made sure to select high-quality products. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and roller shutters, and can be accessed via a staircase.

Feel good in the vineyards

Take a holiday in the luxurious surroundings of our guest house. It is part of our SCHOTTENHOF winery and integrated into our farm building. The nearest neighbour is about 100 metres away. The 4-hectare farmstead is idyllically situated in the middle of the vineyards and can be accessed at ground level on two sides. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the farm. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a wine fridge. Beer pong party people, please don't book!

The vineyards are very close, the train station (good connection to Mz, Wi, F, Da, Wo, Ma), shops, the Rhine and the town center with many restaurants and wineries are within walking distance. Covered smoking area and bicycle storage, no pets allowed.

The apartment in the heart of Zornheim is 55 square meters and suitable for max. four people. It is located on the first floor of a two-family house and consists of a living room, a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a hallway with a wardrobe and infrared/heat cabin. The apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2018. The landlords live upstairs. Note: Non-smoking apartment. Pets not allowed.

Nierstein: At home among vineyards and the Rhine

"Nierstein is like vacation" say all guests who have visited this beautiful little town from other parts of Germany. Your room with a spacious bathroom, spacious hallway and the possibility to prepare breakfast is located on the outskirts of Nierstein, directly next to the vineyards overlooking the Rhine. The train station is about 8 minutes, to Nierstein market square with the many nice restaurants and wineries about 15 minutes.

Our lovingly furnished quiet 2-room apartment is 50 square meters and has its own entrance. The apartment consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with dining area, a bedroom and a daylight bathroom. Smoking is possible in partially covered outdoor area. In the courtyard there is a seating area for cozy evenings available. The nearest city Mainz is only 10 km away and easily accessible with the city bus connection.

Idyllic amid vineyards

Surrounded by vineyards and only 30 minutes from Frankfurt Airport is Bodenheim, where you can relax in rural tranquility from everyday life and still be only a few kilometers from the state capital of Mainz. A king-size box spring bed with 180 x 200 cm is available, as well as a sofa bed, which can accommodate two more guests on a lying area of 140 x 200 cm. Both are located in a 35-square-meter living and sleeping area.

Kick back and relax in the small wine village of Harxheim. Our 2-room apartment is very quiet and is located in the basement of a detached house. The center of Mainz is about 10 km away. The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen, small bathroom, living room with dining area and a bedroom. It was renovated in early 2024 and completely newly furnished. Pets are allowed by agreement and subsequent confirmation.

Downtown Mainz penthouse

Our penthouse (approx. 180 m²) has its very own style. Absolute feel-good atmosphere in the middle of downtown. The roof terrace is great, especially in summer. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. Mainzer Fastnacht is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade.

A special atmosphere awaits you in a stylish house with a distant view. Next to the bedrooms are a common room, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom with bath and double washbasin for you. The apartment is good for couples, business travelers and families (with children). You have a separate entrance to the apartment. On request, a washing machine in the cellar can be used by the guests.
