Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, oak, pine & sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

The Bear Den is a cozy studio with mini kitchen, convectional microwave, portable cooktop, mini frig, full bathroom. In addition to the Queen bed, the couch is a sleeper sofa for 2 additional sleeping spots. The Bear Den features a cathedral knotty pine ceiling! 65" smart tv for your favorite streaming entertainment. This unit also has it own deck with Adirondack chairs overlooking a wooded setting! The common areas on the 23 acres are amazing for a relaxing and/or adventurous getaway!

Riverbend Ranch is a place to rest and reset. A place where you can find adventure for the outdoor enthusiasts and peacefulness for those who seek tranquility. The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).
