The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

The Johannesberg cottage is located in the middle of the forest, next to a pasture. A retreat for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. The outdoor area offers additional space for relaxation: in the open-air hot tub, in the sauna, or during a cozy barbecue evening. The house can accommodate up to 12 people. In addition to two bedrooms on the ground floor, there are three further bedrooms and common rooms, a kitchen, bathroom, and two WCs on the upper floor.

As well as city culture in Bonn or boat trips on the Rhine to Cologne or Koblenz.

Built in 1963 by my grandparents, we have revived the old part of the bungalow in the charm of the 60s and converted it into a spacious guest house for 2-3 people. Situated directly on the edge of the forest, this is the perfect starting point for hikes in the beautiful Siegerland, for excursions in the region, e.g. e.g. to Freudenberg, Siegen or Biggesee.
