Enjoy your upstairs master suite + office/2nd bedroom, downstairs "café" and all-season sunroom. Relax with a view to the garden and woods beyond. We are 1.5 miles to Hanover/Dartmouth, and 1.0 mile to King Arthur Baking. Our street is part of the Appalachian Trail, and you will be near many Upper Valley attractions. We live onsite and are available to assist you upon request.

This is a farm house style lodging with the apartment as seen,on the second floor accessible with stairs. Bathroom with stand up shower. A furnished Kitchen. 2 Bedrooms with queen beds. There is Wifi ,TV, and a work table. Located in the heart of the Upper Valley. In town on the Main Street. We are 5 miles to Dartmouth College and Hospital. Close to retail,restaurants. Amenities include a quaint outhouse, a unique outdoor shower, a 2 burner outdoor gas stovetop and a fire pit to roast marshmallows. The 12x14 screened in cabin with ladder accessed loft sleeps 2 comfortably. Don't worry about bringing pots and pans - cabin is equipped with dishes and a water supply. Adjustable LED lights to light up the night.

This cozy one-room guesthouse is located on a quiet street off the green in downtown Lebanon, NH. It offers a private entrance with access to a lovely outdoor patio and gas grill. The room has high ceilings, a full-sized bed, a bathroom/shower, and a kitchenette with coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, and compact fridge. A short walk away from restaurants and cafes and a 12-minute drive to Dartmouth College. Please note that there is no kitchen sink or stove.

Studio 154 is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in a country setting. 18 mins to Lebanon and 25 mins to Mount Sunapee. A short drive through the neighborhood past mountain views, King Blossom Farm Stand, and meadows that frequently host wildlife and sunsets. The studio has 2 queen sized beds, 3/4 bath, love seat, dining table and work desk. Enjoy fast WIFI, 42" tv, USB plugs next to the night stands and tv shelf. Service fee is included in the price!

You will have a private entrance to the space and access to a yard, a 3 season patio room, bedroom with a queen sized bed and queen pullout couch, a separate dining area, grill, and a private bathroom. There is no kitchen but there is a mini fridge, table, coffee/tea bar, plates, utensils, mugs, and a microwave.
