Boat dock to tie up your boat etc. and 2 kayaks for your enjoyment. Community boat ramp is 2 minute drive. Soak up the sun or enjoy lunch on the boat dock, with a sandy beach for the little ones. Back deck with gas grill after a day on the water and morning coffee with water views and wooded surroundings.

Perfect for large family gatherings and small children. 5 Bedrooms, (K, K BB, K, Q, Q BB BB) a large, well-appointed kitchen, wet bar, pool table, air hockey, Fiber Wi-Fi , 4 TVs with ROKU, DVD players, kayaks and paddle boards, a rowboat, private dock, and fire pit. Linens are included.

Tucked in a peaceful cove, it’s a serene, stylish retreat designed for comfort . Our home is on the private side of Lake Anna. Guests cannot use the private community boat launch. While public marinas are available nearby, the public side is not connected by water to the house in the private side.

The property is on 12 acres with 3/4 mile of water front and has a water slide, kayaks, SUPs, beach area, fire pit, volleyball court, and lots of porches. The 8800 SF home has a well equipped kitchen to accommodate a large group, and is child friendly with baby gates, pack n plays, booster seats & high chairs. Because of Louisa County regulations, we cannot host weddings, receptions, etc.
