Welcome to Ängslyckan! The house has a large plot of land with an adjacent soccer field. 300 meters down to the jetty on Lake Mälaren. Glass-enclosed patio and large deck with seating area and sun lounger. The sun shines here all day. Next to the playpen is the playhouse with a 120-cm bed and toys. On the property, there is a swing for friends, as well as apple and cherry trees. Rowboat access in the summer for a lovely day on the lake. About 2–3 kilometers (1.2–1.9 miles) away is Sandviksbadet, which has a sandy beach. Approximately 20 km (12 miles) to Ica Maxi in Eskilstuna.

Nice cottage by Lake Mälaren

Nice house with large living room and kitchen with open fire, bathroom and 4 bedrooms. Perfect both in summer and winter. There are extra mattresses as well as a guesthouse and sauna building with extra shower and toilet. Fiber is available that allows it is also a great fit to work from here. Close to nature plot with grass lawn for summer activities. About 150 m to the jetty, a boat (3.5 hp) for fishing and swimming, and a kayak for 2 people. A lovely 4.5 km running circuit around Björsund. Large terrace with barbecue and ping pong table.

A relatively new (2021), air-conditioned cabin , located only 11Km from Eskilstuna, in a peaceful wooded area, a short walk from Sundbyholm's trotting track. The cabin is 30 square meters in area, plus a loft bedroom. Large bathroom with shower and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen incl dishwasher. The living-room offers a bed-sofa, 43" HD TV with ChromeCast, Netflix, etc, a PS3, and a selection of DVD films, Internet WiFi. A large wooden deck surrounds 3 sides of the cabin.
