The apartment is a separate self-contained apartment in our residential building. This includes the large living room with fully equipped kitchenette and a spacious daylight bathroom with floor-level shower. From our point of view, the whole thing is barrier-free (ramp in front of the house / wide doors). Via the terrace you can reach our large garden, which you can use (by appointment). The furniture may differ slightly from the photos, but is always very guest-friendly.

A spacious bedroom features a striped bedspread with coordinating pillows on a large bed. A desk with a lamp is positioned beside a bright window, providing natural light. A wardrobe and decorative wall art add to the functional design of the room.

MyPlaceBerge is a cozy ground floor apartment in the south of Hamm. The apartment was completed in April 2021 and is completely newly furnished. The highway is just a 5-minute drive away. Shopping, a restaurant and fast food are within walking distance. Within walking distance is the Freibad Süd, a forest with a fitness trail and dirt roads that invite you to run and hike. In addition to the Maxi Park and the glass elephant, there is much more to discover in Hamm.
