Family-friendly apartment with south terrace on our sunny horse farm

The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

Completely secluded at the edge of the forest and with great views over the Lower Saxony fields, time stands still. Families and peace-loving people can spend unique hours here. After a complete renovation of the house, it offers cozy luxury in a special atmosphere. The city of Hanover and many activities in the surrounding area can be reached in a short time. The apartment is located in the basement of our residential building. It can be reached via a separate entrance and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen on a total of 63 square meters. In the garden there is a covered seating area with a view of the garden and the field. Due to its proximity to the exhibition grounds (10 minutes by car), it is ideal for a visit to a trade fair or concert, but also for family or city trips, as Hanover city center is also only 20 minutes away by car.

In 2021, we created a guest apartment on our former hayloft. Here you have peace and nature! The bright apartment is 60 square meters, has a kitchen, a shower room, a bedroom (double bed 180 x 200 cm), a living and dining room with a fireplace. In the entrance hall is the wardrobe and space for hiking boots. A crib/extra bed is available. This includes an outdoor seating area with an umbrella. Parking space for bicycles available NEW: There is a 2nd barrier-free vacation home "barn"

Relax with your family or friends at this harmonious place. Although we do not have a nice view, we do have a privacy-protected outdoor area with a small pool and a lounge with TV. The pool is only available during the bathing season, from about mid-May to approx. At the end of September (depending on weather conditions). Winter promotion from November to March: From 2 nights, you will receive a €20 voucher for the Ith-Sole-Therme in Salzhemmendorf :-) Pets on request.

Our apartment is located in a two-family house in Fischbeck. It is on the 2nd floor and has a balcony. The apartment is very conveniently located for cyclists and has very good connections to Hameln. The bus runs every half hour during the week. Hanover can also be reached via the A2 or the federal highway within 45 minutes. In the village there is a good restaurant, Greek snack bar, supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a doctor.

Our Romantic Wooden Lodge has been created with an eye for detail to offer you a warm and cosy atmosphere in a wonderful woodland surrounding. Depending on the season you have the choice to swim, to enjoy the sauna, or just chill sitting by the cosy wood burning stove in the lodge. Hiking trails start directly behind the BLH and a restaurant with a beer garden is 800m behind the BLH.
