A waterfront, city-side getaway. Conveniently, located, 11km (15min) from Hämeenlinna city and 5.5km (8min) from Hattula town. The waterfront is the Vanaja waterway extending from Hämeenlinna to Tampere (length about 80 km ). Nearby, 7 km (10 min) is the famous Aulanko Nature Preserve. This national monument houses a golf-course and spa. One of the main tourist attractions of southern Finland, is the Medieval Hame castle, constructed in the 13th century. It is 12 km (15 minutes) from the venue.

Pakene arkea ajattomaan rauhaan ja astu sisään 1800-luvun tunnelmalliseen hirsisaunamökkiin (terve sisäilma), jossa historia ja luonto kohtaavat. Ihanan idyllinen maalaismiljöö, kauniit luontopolut, grillimakkarat nuotiolla ja puusaunan hyvät löylyt takaavat sikeät yöunet. Askeettinen, mutta kaikki tarvittava siksi niin ihana! The villa has modern comforts: drinking water, A/C, dishwasher and washing machine, sauna and hot tub with lakewater with lake views. Many Finnish design brands (Marimekko, Iittala, Fiskars, Balmuir) can be found in textiles and in kitchen. You can use a canoe, SUP boards and a rowing boat with an electric motor. Rinteessä sijaitseva valoisa, siisti ja hyvin varusteltu 3 h +k talon toisessa kerroksessa. Näkymät ikkunoista ovat huikeat: metsä- ja järvimaisema kajastavat taustalla. Asunto sijaitsee kuitenkin Kangasalan keskustassa, jonka palvelut ovat kaikki kävelymatkan päässä. Pysäköinti onnistuu helposti, vieraille varatuille paikoille. Asunnosta on hyvät yhteydet myös Tampereelle, jonne menevät bussit kulkevat asunnon läheltä noin puolessa tunnissa. Omalla autolla matka taittuu n. 20 minuutissa.

Fully equipped kitchen with running water (both hot and cold water). Sauna in a separate building, built in 1930's. No shower there but traditional bucket shower works. Outdoor toilet. Four beds and one crib for baby. Good place for some hiking, biking and relaxing.
