Wonderful cottage with a sunroom that has a sea view

We are renting our cabin which is a real pearl all year round. The location is perfect with 5-10 minutes walk to salt baths and nice viewpoints. With the car you get in 20 minutes to Marstrand and 35 minutes to Gothenburg and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated during the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a patio with terrace that has a sea view. The house suit families with children, friends and couples. Max 4 adults but more if they are children.

Welcome to Slotteberget 9. Bright, nice accommodation with stunning views of the open sea. The house is 54 sqm with a separate bedroom and bunk beds adjacent to the entrance. Upstairs, there is a fully-equipped kitchen with stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. The floor plan is open with sofa, TV and dining area for 6-8 people. Washing machine and extra freezer are located in the garage, which is wall-to-wall with the apartment. Parking is available adjacent to the house. Guest house location, see floor plan. Welcome to Ulseröd, a small oasis with proximity to the sea and forest close to the center of Lysekil. Here you live comfortably with tiled bathrooms, small laundry room, modern kitchen with social surfaces and spacious sofa. There are two bedrooms on the entrance floor as well as a sleeping loft that is perfect for children and young people. Outside the cottage there is a terrace with outdoor furniture. We hope you will be staying! Bed linens and towels are brought by guest, or rented by us for 100 SEK per set.

Large lawn outside and on the other side of the road is the wharf. The ferry to Hamburgo is located around 100m south.

Small newly renovated apartment located on the ground floor of our house. Private entrance with attached patio. The apartment is located a couple of hundred meters from Hamburgsund city center where there are restaurants, shops, and ice-cream parlor.We want guests to bring towels and bedlinnen themselves. Sleeping bags are not allowed. We expect guests to clean the apartment after their stay. You are also offered discounted rates for stand up paddling (SUP), SUP yoga or board rental.

Cleaning is not included, but if you do not want to clean yourself, you can order cleaning for a surcharge of SEK 900. Not pets.
