Rent our brand new apartment on cozy Klevudden in Smögen. 100 meters to the cliffs and 100 meters to the jetty, our 3rd floor apartment has many beds and a large balcony with sea views. From Kleven, it takes about a 5-minute walk to Smögenbryggan. Things that are in the apartment and you are free to use are: duvets, pillows, blankets, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, dishwasher, Weber grill, TV. Parking space is under the house with elevator up to the apartment. No pets, no smoking and no "party gangs." Age limit 30 years.

Outdoor set with lighting and water, guaranteed to have Sweden's most beautiful view. Outdoor shower with hot water protected from view. Boat habit is required to get to the privately owned island. Add at the jetty with a stable plastic jetty about 5 m with 9 hp outboard, good to fish from. Swim at the child-friendly sandy beach opposite.

Welcome to my little paradise. Accommodation close to nature with both the sea and animal/bird life outside the window. Patio with sea view. Close to swimming, really nice hikes, historical sites, art school, artists' collective workshop, artists' café (on weekends and every day in the summer.) Also close to famous tourist destinations such as Smögen, Hunnebostrand, Grebbestad, Fjällbacka. Lillstugan is newly built and is located next to the residential house. Quiet neighborhood, mostly seasonal residents.

Hummerlyckan is a charming house located at Strandvagen in Hamburgsund. The house is spacious with two floors and a cozy secluded apartment in the basement. Ideal for 1-2 families. The house has a unique location only 20m from the sea shore with a magnificent view and evening sun until late hours. Located about 200m from ICA Supermarket and there are 4 restaurants within 200m. Large lawn outside and on the other side of the road is the wharf. The ferry to Hamburgo is located around 100m south.

Tiny house in Heestrand by the sea

Welcome to our beautiful Heestrand, which is a quiet and beautiful oasis with nature right next door. During the summer, boating is intense. It can be entertaining to watch the traffic. In the bay, many boats seek a night port as it is protected by mountains. Here are also beaches. The village offers many varied walking paths along the sea. There are several swimming spots here, both from mountains and sandy beaches. During other times of the year it is quieter. We find pleasure in that too!

A cottage with a view in Ljungskile

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Comfortable holiday house for 6 pers, just outside Uddevalla, in the heart of the Swedish west coast. Perfect location with lots of privacy. Separate guesthouse available. Spacious terrace for sunbathing and evening bbq. You will love swimming in the fjord. Private beach and jetty (for the neighbourhood). Open fireplace and unlimited Wi-Fi. The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

The guest apartment is located in the barn at our farm in Stigfjorden Nature Reserve. You see the open landscape with fields and farms, behind mountains and forests to walk in. Nearest bath is 1 km. The silence is significant even during the summer period. To Skärhamn 12 km, Pilane Art 8 km and to Sundsby manor 7 km. Relax with the whole family or good friends at this peaceful place to stay on Hamburg Island. Enjoy the holiday by the pool or in the Jacuzzi. Main cabin with three bedrooms - one with a double bed, one with a 120 cm wide and one room with a bunk bed. Large kitchen with both gas, induction stove and coffee machine. Fireplace. Simple guest house with four beds and kitchenette. Lovely large patio by the pool and below. Plenty of summer toys - SUP, kubb, badminton etc. Pets are allowed.

The apartment has a unique location and is located in an old warehouse building along the strait by the docks. You have evening sun and a fantastic view of the strait and Hamburgö. You have access to the dock, swimming ladder, barbecue and patio. You can also rent a berth! You can walk along the docks along the strait to a number of restaurants and shops Magnificent is the word!
