From the wooden terrace there is a stair leading directly to the beach.

Cozy, newly renovated cottage with a good balance between old and new. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere where you will find everything you need to relax and have fun. The house is secluded from the road, and in the summer when everything has blown out, it feels like being in the middle of the forest. There is a large deck - both covered and not - as well as a fire pit. Brugsen is only 250m away, the beach 1.5km and forest 2km away. There are mattresses, or sofa where any 3rd person can sleep.

Lejen er inkl. sengelinned, håndklæder og viskestykker. 1,5 km til nærmeste indkøb. En lille færge fra Kulhuse havn - 8 min. til Sølager, hvorfra man kan komme til Hundested og Lynæs.

Welcome to our newly renovated cottage located near Roskilde Fjord. You'll be surrounded by peaceful nature with view to our little lake and only 3 min walk to the fjord, which offers stunning sunsets. There is also possibility of charging your electric car if needed and the supermarket is only 5 min away by car. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Note. We accept only couples and families. We do not accept groups below 35. No parties are allowed.

Our lovely summerhouse is located at the end of a calm street, with no traffic going through. With 25min walk to the beach in the pictures, and 30-35min walk to the sweet town Tisvildeleje full of local shops, cafés, ice-cream and a beautiful sand beach, as well as the big Tisvilde Hegn forrest with many walking trails. Our garden is big, open and light with several fruit trees and bushes, like cherries, apples, blueberries, elderflower and rhubarb.

Fantastically located cottage with full view of Arresø. The house is tastefully and simply decorated, with all modern comforts. From the bedroom and living room/kitchen, the view of the lake with the most breathtaking sunsets that repeat every evening regardless of weather and wind. Both bedrooms have access to a beautiful south-facing terrace. From this terrace, there is a view of a smaller lake beautifully surrounded by trees.

Sommerhuset er bygget af min bedstefar. Jeg er kommet her hele mit liv. Nu vil vi gerne dele disse hyggelige rammer med andre. Vi bruger selv huset hvilket præger indretningen. Det er et personligt og hyggeligt hus, som vi elsker. Sommerhuset er helårs-isoleret og velfungerende omgivet af en stor naturgrund. Og den fantastiske strand kan man cykle til på 5 min.
