Panorama Villa is located on the shores of Lake Saimaa, in front of a long shoreline. Between the sandy beach and Villa, there is a lawn where you can play frisbee golf, petanque, and other outdoor activities. The lake landscape is visible from the living room, porch and sauna. At the back of the villa there is a summer kitchen recess with a Weber gas grill. In winter there is an ice hole.

Near sports facilities, less than 1 km to the city center, swimming area within sight, 300 m to the starting point of the Repovesi hiking trail, 2.5 km to the Salmela Art Center. Charming 65 m² cottage located in Ruoholampi, Lappeenranta, close to the LUT campus. The cottage features a small private yard and beach. For an authentic Finnish sauna experience, enjoy the traditional lakeside wood-fired sauna with its gentle heat. The beach is shallow and child-friendly. The cabin accommodates up to 4 people. During the summer of 2026, the lake water level is exceptionally low, as is the case elsewhere in Eastern Finland. So swimming may be difficult in shallow areas.

Nice rebuilt log cottage by lake Siikanen. Cottage is electrified and equiped with cold drinking water and warm shower water system. Peaceful beach opening to direction south. Available a small boat and two SUP-boards. At the yard there is a gas grill and an equipment cottage for firewood and eco wc. Our own summer house is near by (at 150 meter distance) thus help and additional services are often easily found. English and German are spoken by the hosts Timo and Tuula.
