Nice cottage by Lake Mälaren

Nice house with large living room and kitchen with open fire, bathroom and 4 bedrooms. Perfect both in summer and winter. There are extra mattresses as well as a guest house and sauna building with extra shower and toilet. Fiber is available, which makes it also suitable for working from here. Close to nature plot with lawn for summer activities. Approximately 150m to the jetty with boat (3.5hp) for fishing and swimming and kayak for 2p. Lovely 4.5 km running trail around Björsund, see the guidebook. Large terrace with barbecue and ping pong table.

Tha accomodation is situated above a country flowershop that is open on weekends. The home has one bedroom, toilet and shower, kitchen and living room with an open floor plan and sleeping area. Dining area and sofa in living room. TV with Chromecast. Simple kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hotplate, oven, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Own patio and parking at the house. 300 m to public transport. Bedroom with a 160 cm double bed. Sleeping area in living room three 90 cm beds.

A relatively new (Summer 2021), air-conditioned cabin , located only 11Km from Eskilstuna, in a peaceful wooded area, a short walk from Sundbyholm's trotting track. The cabin is 30 square meters in area, plus a loft bedroom. Large bathroom with shower and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen incl dishwasher. The living-room offers a bed-sofa, 43" HD TV with ChromeCast, Netflix, etc, a PS3, and a selection of DVD films, Internet WiFi. A large wooden deck surrounds 3 sides of the cabin.

The house is located on a dead end street in a very quiet area with walking distance to the Park Zoo, Tuna Park, Eskilstuna city center/station, where you can easily get on to Stockholm (1h) and Västerås (40min).
