Ideally located in "West-Brabant", 45 min from the beaches of Zeeland, 30 min from Rotterdam and Antwerp and 20 min from Breda. You will enjoy our house because of the athmospheren, the light, garden, neighbourhood and comformtable beds. My house is suitable for couples, business travellers, groups of friends and families. Het gastenverblijf ligt in het groene recreatiegebied van Hoeven. Je vindt op 2 km het historische Oudenbosch en in 20 minuten sta je in het centrum van Bourgondisch Breda. Ook Antwerpen en Rotterdam bereik je binnen 45 minuten. De studio biedt naast een kingsize bed en een lekker zitje een mooie groene achtertuin waar je privé kunt vertoeven.

Onze woonboerderij ligt in een mooie landelijke omgeving. Op de 1e verdieping van de studio is een ruime woonkamer, een open keuken met eethoek, een tweepersoonsbed en twee losse bedden op de vide. Op de begane grond zijn het toilet en de badkamer met bad en losse douche. Je hebt een eigen voordeur, kunt parkeren voor de deur en fijn buiten zitten. Er is een grote trampoline, speelhuisjes, speelveld en we hebben geiten, konijnen en kippen. Max. 3 volwassenen: zie extra regels

Step into the cosy world of Onder de Beuk. This wooden cottage guarantees a wonderful stay in Oudenbosch. Step into a different world of tranquillity and modern comfort! Thanks to the high ridge, the cosy living room with Smart TV feels wonderfully spacious. The property has a lovely kitchen with a Quooker and dishwasher, a bathroom with a spacious rain shower, and a nice upstairs bedroom with a large bed (180x200). The heat pump with cooling also keeps it pleasant in summer.

Privé gelegen mini- huisje van 4 bij 2 meter met eigen ingang, geschikt voor twee, niet al te lange, personen. Ideaal voor natuurliefhebbers. Geniet van de rust en luister naar het geluid van de vogels. In het bijzonder is dit voor fietsers een schitterende uitvalbasis. Het huisje is voorzien van een kachel, airco, koelkast, waterkoker, TV, magnetron, Senseo-apparaat en privé terras met barbecue. WiFi is aanwezig. Op aanvraag verzorgen wij voor 10 euro p.p. een ontbijt.

Hartelijk welkom in Villa Maan! Sinds 2 mei 2025 zijn wij, (Ma)rcel & (An)ita, troste eigenaar van deze woning. Wij hebben het van boven tot onder, van buiten en binnen compleet gerenoveerd en geheel naar eigen stijl, samen met hulp van onze kinderen, verbouwd, opgebouwd en opnieuw ingericht. De woning ligt in een villapark in prachtig groen recreatiegebied en aan de rand van Panjevaartbos in West Brabant.
