Easily accessible from Kanazawa station by bus or a taxi. Indeed, it's walkable distance as it's 1,200meter (0.8 mile) but we recommend to get a bus. You can easily access to all attractions where most of tourist visits, i.e. Kenrokuen garden, Kanazawa Castle park, Omicho Fish Market or Higashiyama Chaya District.

Situated in Teramachi-dai Important Preservation District, Teramachiya offers a 100-year old private Japanese-style accommodation in Kanazawa, renovated in July 2017. NinjyaTemple is 9 minutes on foot .The property is 1.2 km from 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art,Kenrokuen Garden.Guests can enjoy a short 4-minute stroll down the Sai River. A historical old house lodge "Kusanoniwa"

Kusa no Niwa is a traditional Japanese-style house with a courtyard and corridors that was built more than 130 years ago. The entire house with a size of 100 square meters will be lent privately to a single group with a maximum capacity of 6 persons. You will find a fusuma, a sliding door with a paper panel, painted by a famous Japanese Painter, which can be also found in the Taue’s House, an Important Cultural Property, located in Nyukawa Town.

As the room is located in the second floor, it gets much sunlight. In the Japanese style room, you can experience tatami mats and spend a relaxing time. There is a tourist information office in the third floor of the building so that we are able to provide the updated tourist and transportation information. When you have a spare time or you have any trouble and want to talk to someone, please feel free to come up to the third floor to see us!

A free parking space are available for guests just in front of the house.
