Our barn apartment with great beds from great-grandmother's time is equipped with a cozy sitting area, 2 TVs and Wi-Fi. In the bedroom, 3 people can stay overnight, plus 4 guests in the living room. (Double bed 2 × 2 m and pull-out sofa 120 × 200). The kitchen invites you to cook. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The apartment has its own entrance. You will stay alone very quietly in the barn directly by the garden. Our wallbox in the yard ensures the greatest refueling comfort of the electric car.

You'll love the place because of the cozy atmosphere, the comfortable four-poster bed, the fully equipped kitchen and the large bathroom. The place is particularly good for couples, solo travelers, and cyclists.

The apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2018. The landlords live upstairs. Note: Non-smoking apartment. Pets not allowed.

The train station is about 8 minutes, to Nierstein market square with the many nice restaurants and wineries about 15 minutes.

Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

Cozy 2-room apartment in Selzen, ideal for couples or travelers. It offers a large bedroom, a bathroom and a small cooking facility. Relax on comfortable seating in the yard.
