From the apartment there are great views over great Hafjell. There is also short distance to Gaiastova, convenience store, Vidsyn and several eateries. In winter, the area is ideal for skiing activities and in summer for activities such as fishing, hiking in great nature and bike (Hafjell bikepark). There is a playground nearby for the kids.

The ski jumping hill is 3-minute drive from the cabin and offers a great view. 5-min drive to grocery store. For alpine skiing, Hafjell is 25 min away, and Kvitfjell is about 1 hour.
