Welcome to our new Chalet Habichtswald, located at the foot of the Hohe Dörnberg in the Habichtwald Nature Park. Our small wooden house is located in a very nice hillside location right next to an equestrian farm for Icelandic horses. The property offers magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and the gliding airfield on the Dörnberg on all sides. The hiking parking lot Friedrichstein is in the immediate vicinity and offers entrances to various premium hiking trails.

We, a young family, offer you an apartment decorated with love according to the motto "As if for myself" in the district of Kassel. The apartment includes an approx. 20 m² partially covered terrace and a garden. In the apartment itself, everything is available for everyday needs. Minimalist, cozy, rustic and beautifully located on the high Dörnberg above the city of Zierenberg. In the immediate vicinity is an Icelandic horse farm and the restaurant Bergcafé Friedrichstein. Within walking distance are the glider airfield (one of the oldest gliding areas in Germany), the Wichtelkirche and the Helfensteine. The area is very popular for its great hiking trails (e.g. Habichtswaldsteig) and its juniper vegetation along the limestone grassland areas.

My small but nice flat is within walking distance of the Wilhelmshöhe train station (the station is about a 3-minute walk away). From there you can reach destinations all over Kassel by simply getting on one of the trams or buses. The Documenta exhibition sites in the city centre are about 13 minutes away. There are several restaurants and shopping facilities close to the flat. The flat is located in a quiet side street.
