Enjoy the central location to the city center with good restaurants and the walking distance to the train station. The house has just been refurbished, including the granny flat. Energy is sustainably generated via photovoltaics and an air-source heat pump. We also live in the house and are happy to be available to you personally as a host. A children's travel crib is provided if needed. A kitchen is in the planning stage and therefore not yet available in the apartment. Our fridge and microwave can also be used.

Die Ausstattung ist modern und hochwertig. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse, die Autobahn wird in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Der fußläufig gelegene Bahnhof bietet Direktverbindungen u. a. nach Düsseldorf, Köln und Wuppertal.
