The property is carbon neutral - underfloor heating, hemp and lime insulate the walls. Natural clay paints give the place a homely and organic feel. It is situated at the start of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and is a short walk in to the village with its award winning farmer's market, pubs, fish and chip shop, art and pottery galleries, mini supermarket, Post Office, abbey and water mill.
